1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VE Goodies Vending services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

VE Goodies provides vending machine services including:

• Installation and placement of vending machines at client locations
• Regular restocking and maintenance of machines
• Product selection and inventory management
• Technical support and repairs

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide adequate space and electrical outlets for vending machines
• Maintain a safe environment for machine operation
• Notify VE Goodies promptly of any machine malfunctions or issues
• Allow access to machines for restocking and maintenance
• Not tamper with or attempt to repair machines without authorization

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. VE Goodies accepts various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments at vending machines. Commission structures and revenue sharing arrangements are detailed in separate contracts with location partners.

5. Product Quality and Safety

VE Goodies is committed to providing fresh, quality products. We regularly inspect and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness. However, we are not liable for products consumed after their expiration date or products that have been tampered with after leaving our control.

6. Machine Malfunctions and Refunds

In the event of a machine malfunction resulting in lost payment, customers should contact us at (469) 922-3413 or vegoodiesllc@gmail.com. We will investigate and provide refunds or credits for verified malfunctions within 5-7 business days.

7. Liability Limitations

VE Goodies is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of vending machines, allergic reactions to products (ingredients are listed on product packaging), or unauthorized tampering with equipment. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service in question.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. VE Goodies reserves the right to remove machines immediately if safety concerns arise or if terms are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

All VE Goodies branding, logos, and marketing materials are the property of VE Goodies LLC. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
