• 24/7 technical support, maintenance, and emergency repair services

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients and facility partners agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide adequate space, electrical outlets, and network connectivity (where applicable) for vending machines
• Maintain a safe, clean, and accessible environment for machine operation and service visits
• Notify VE Goodies LLC promptly of any machine malfunctions, safety concerns, or access issues
• Allow VE Goodies LLC technicians access to machines for scheduled restocking, maintenance, and repairs
• Not tamper with, damage, or attempt to repair machines without prior written authorization
• Ensure that vending machine areas comply with all applicable building codes and safety regulations

4. Payment Terms

For facility partners, VE Goodies LLC provides vending machine placement at zero cost. There are no installation fees, no monthly service charges, and no equipment rental fees. VE Goodies LLC generates revenue through product sales to end consumers.

For consumers using our vending machines, payment terms are established at the point of sale. VE Goodies LLC accepts various payment methods including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options. Commission structures and revenue sharing arrangements with location partners are detailed in separate written agreements. 5. Product Quality and Safety

VE Goodies LLC is committed to providing fresh, high-quality products in all vending machines. We regularly inspect and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and safety. All products meet applicable food safety standards and regulations.

However, VE Goodies LLC is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or adverse reactions resulting from product consumption, including allergic reactions. All product ingredients are listed on packaging, and consumers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchase. 6. Machine Malfunctions and Refunds

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the vending service agreement with 30 days written notice. VE Goodies LLC reserves the right to remove machines immediately if safety concerns arise, terms are violated, or the facility becomes unsuitable for vending operations.

Upon termination, VE Goodies LLC will remove all equipment and settle any outstanding accounts within 30 days. Facility partners are responsible for ensuring safe access for equipment removal.

9. Intellectual Property

All VE Goodies LLC branding, logos, trademarks, website content, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of VE Goodies LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. 10. Changes to Terms
